Email Address Collector 3.2 helps users to easily manage email contacts by exporting them from any local source, such as email programs, contact lists or local documents. Email contacts can be saved to the Windows Address Book, Outlook Contacts or CSV files.

Being integrated with MS-Outlook, Outlook Express and Thunderbird, Email Address Collector can collect email addresses from email messages stored in any mail folder. Using the advanced filtering options, the user can extract email contacts from the To, Cc, Bcc, From or Content fields of email messages, further restricted by date, subject, receiver or wildcards. Email Address Collector helps the user by automatically eliminating duplicates from the exported email contacts. Email Address Collector can also export email contacts from other sources, such as MSN Messenger Contact Lists, MS-Word documents, PDF files, MS-Excel tables or text files.

Email Address Collector enhances the Outlook experience by allowing the user to switch through multiple Outlook identities without logging off and to backup and restore email folders and mailing rules, making it ideal for moving email identities between computers.

New features include integration with MS-Outlook 2003, support for more file types, filtering options restricted by email user accounts, auto-building of alias names for email contacts, recursive folders export and more.
