Based on your security and filtering settings, Email Sentinel Pro will constantly scan and erase malicious content from your incoming email messages. However, if you wish to recover an original message sent to you, such as a newsletter, attachment, etc, you should enable the Email Sentinel Pro backup feature.
This way, the program will always keep a backup copy of the original messages which were scanned and handled by Email Sentinel Pro. The default backup folder is "C:\Program Files\EmailSentinelPro\Backup", assuming that the installation path of Email Sentinel Pro is "C:\Program Files\EmailSentinelPro".
