How to export addresses from Outlook emails to Outlook Contacts

Although Outlook is delivered with so many bells & whistles, it lacks mass productivity features designed for people that need to handle a large number of emails and contacts.

For example, if you have a web contact form on your site and you receive the submitted information (name, company, email address, etc) as Outlook email messages, how can you later export addresses from Outlook and automatically build a list or a Contacts group with all the email addresses of the people who submitted the form?
