Mass emailing with Email Address Collector
By itself, Email Address Collector doesn't allow you to send mass emails. However, you can easily use the output of our product to generate mass emailing campaigns using Microsoft Outlook or any other 3rd party emailer.
you can put all the addresses into the BCC field of an outgoing email message, using Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express or any other email client software;
you can send personalized mass emails using Outlook mail merge or any other mass emailing software.
After you extract addresses with our product, you can export them to CSV/Excel files, Outlook Contacts or the Windows clipboard. If you have to send an email to the collected contacts, you have two main alternatives:
Below we will explain how can you use email addresses from Email Address Collector to make a personalized mass emailing campaign using Microsoft Outlook.
1. First of all, using Email Address Collector, you need to extract and save the email addresses to a CSV file. You can choose to include the alias names, too.
2. Open Outlook, from the top menu select "Go->Contacts", then click on File->New->Folder, then create a new Contacts folder (let's say "Contacts 1").
3. Click on File->Import and Export, then select "Import from another program or file", then click on Next and select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)", then click on Next and browse/select the saved CSV file.
4. You will be prompted to specify the place where to import the addresses source: browse the Outlook folders and select the new "Contacts 1" folder.
Outlook shall import the CSV addresses into that new folder. You can then create a new distribution list in Outlook and select the members of that Contacts folder to be part of the new distribution list.

To start mass emailing, make sure you are under the Contacts view of Outlook, then click on "Tools->Mail Merge". You need to have Microsoft Word installed to use the mail merge features of Outlook. A wizard setup will guide you through the process of selecting the mail merge members - which are the ones of the newly created Outlook distribution list - and the personalization data of your mass emailing.
