Outlook Express extractor for email addresses

Outlook Express is probably the most popular email client software for Microsoft Windows. However, being the little brother of Microsoft Office Outlook, it lacks several productivity features, such as the ability to build a list of email addresses from the Outlook Express emails stored into a local mail folder.

You can easily use our product as an Outlook Express extractor. Not only that you can extract addresses from Outlook Express folders, but you can also apply complex filtering options or collect addresses from the Windows Address Book data.

To start using the Outlook Express extractor functions, you need to run Email Address Collector and select the desired Outlook profile from the startup screen. Depending on the mail profile that you selected, the program will call the related mail folders of Outlook Express through the MAPI protocol.

Once the main window of our product was loaded, you will see the Outlook Express folders listed on the left sided panel, called "Mail Clients".

You can now browse the mail folders and select the ones from which our Outlook Express extractor shall search for email addresses. You can select one mail folder, one mail folder and all of its subfolders or you can check-mark as many Outlook Express folders as you wish: our Outlook Express extractor will collect emails from all selected folders. To start searching for email addresses, right click over any of the selected folders and select to start the extraction process.

When the process is done, our Outlook Express extractor will display the collected addresses in the middle panel. Then, you can use the file menu or the right click menu to save or export the addresses list to various destinations.
