In order to start using Easy Mail Merge, you need to run Outlook and then to click on the Outlook toolbar of Easy Mail Merge:
Does it work with other email applications, such as Outlook Express?
No. Easy Mail Merge is designed for Microsoft Outlook and it functions as an add-in for Outlook. As a result, Easy Mail Merge does not support Outlook Express or other email client software.
Still, you can import mail merge fields from other email or PIM products, by using the CSV file format.
