Easily send follow up emails using our Outlook add-in

Auto Follow Up is designed as an Outlook follow up add-in, so you don't have to change the way you handle emails, if you are already using Microsoft Outlook as your email program. When you compose an Outlook email, you can enable Auto Follow Up to monitor for incoming replies on that email: if no reply is received after the designated time period, the Outlook add-in will automatically send the desired follow up message, alerting your contact(s) that you didn't receive a reply.

Unlike the Outlook internal follow up engine which requires Outlook to be installed on both ends of the email communication, our Outlook add-in must be installed only on your side (from where the follow up emails are sent). The person receiving the follow up notification messages may use any email software and any operating system.

Auto Reply Manager installs itself as a COM add-in for Outlook and you can access its features from its toolbar displayed on your main Outlook window. Our follow up add-in is compatible with any Microsoft Office Outlook version, starting from Outlook 2002.

You don't have to keep Outlook running all the time. When you restart Outlook and receive your emails, the follow up add-in will look for replies related to the emails for which follow up was enabled and it will act accordingly. Also, you can setup a default configuration for follow up emails, so when you enable follow up for an Outlook message you don't have to setup your prefered options all over again.
